All sales are final due to the limited edition nature of our products. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and provide a replacement if applicable.
Pre-orders can only be canceled before the campaign ends. Once shipping has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.
